Welcome to Khayro Crypto. By creating an account or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service. Khayro Crypto lists promotional campaigns offered by third-party cryptocurrency exchanges and presents them as tasks. When you complete a task's requirements through our referral link and verification succeeds, a reward is credited to your Khayro Crypto balance.

2. Your funds. Khayro Crypto never receives, holds or manages your money. All deposits required by a task are made into your own account at the relevant exchange and remain under your exclusive control. We are not a custodian, wallet, exchange, payment institution or investment service.

3. Verification and rewards. Rewards are credited only after we can verify, through the exchange's referral or affiliate reporting, that you registered through our link and met every requirement of the task. Tasks completed outside our referral link, with false information, or using multiple accounts or the same exchange UID as another user will be rejected. We may request reasonable additional proof.

4. Withdrawals. Balances can be withdrawn in USDT to a wallet address you provide, on the supported networks, above the stated minimum. You are solely responsible for providing a correct address and network; transfers to an address you supplied cannot be reversed.

5. Third parties. Exchanges are independent third parties. Their services, availability, campaign conditions and payouts to us may change at any time; if an exchange cancels or modifies a campaign or refuses attribution, related tasks may be amended, suspended or rejected. Your use of an exchange is governed by that exchange's own terms.

6. No financial advice. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice. Cryptocurrency involves risk. Consider the requirements of a task carefully before participating, and comply with the laws applicable to you, including tax obligations on rewards.

7. Acceptable use. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You may not use the service where it would be unlawful, attempt to defraud the reward system, or interfere with the operation of the site.

8. Liability. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khayro Crypto is not liable for losses arising from exchange actions, network transfers, market movements, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the unpaid reward at issue.

9. Changes. We may update these terms and any campaign, reward or minimum at any time; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
